These Terms & Conditions govern the manner in which The Designs By Momo collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from clients (each, a “client”) of the www.designsbymomo.com (“Designs By Momo”). These terms and conditions apply to the site and all products and services offered by Designs By Momo.
ORDERING & PAYMENTS
Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. Designs By Momo requires a 100% payment for all products. If the client encounters any difficulties, please contact support[@]designsbymomo.com to get assistance.
All orders must be prepaid by Stripe credit card or PayPal (Orders paid via PayPal e-checks will be put on hold until PayPal advises your funds have been received.)
The client assumes responsibility for securing any fee-based materials or stock art that he/she requests. The Client shall reimburse Designs By Momo for all reasonable and approved out‐of‐pocket expenses, which are incurred in connection with the performance of the duties hereunder.
Designs By Momo strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be plotted to Designs By Momo’ work calendar after the successful purchase. Designs By Momo will then inform the client of the turnaround time. The client has 24 hours to request to change the timeframe. Otherwise, it is assumed that the client agrees to the timeframe provided.
The turnaround time mentioned in the product pages pertains to the deadline of the “first draft.” If the order is urgent, please email Designs By Momo at email@example.com to expedite the order for an additional fee.
Each order includes one minor revisions. After the first draft is presented, the client must provide specific feedback including every change that she expects to be made. If and after the revision, the service/design is still deemed unacceptable, further charges will be collected to complete the order. Additional changes to the design after final approval will incur further charges.
The Client assumes full responsibility for acceptance of work or services performed and agreed upon, as well as final proofing and accuracy. Designs By Momo is not responsible for errors or omissions because of incorrect information from the Client or lack of information from the Client. Final proofreading is the responsibility of Client.
Due to the nature of the services we provide, all payments are considered fully earned and non‐refundable. Designs By Momo reserves the right to refuse / cancel any order when she sees fit.
Due to the digital nature of products & services, all sales are final. All products purchased and provided from and by Designs By Momo are non-refundable, unless orders are cancelled by Designs By Momo herself.
The Designs By Momo reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While she strives to maintain accurate and timely price information, Designs By Momo is not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website. The final amount of money due per order is always determined at checkout time, not during shopping cart selection.
Copyright for all custom graphics and services is transferred to the client upon delivery.
The client understands that the final output of their image design requests will be added to my portfolio and may be used as samples.

By using this site or by processing payments, you signify your acceptance of this terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase from us. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
